RETURNS
LOSLIFE wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Defective, unworn merchandise must be returned within 15 days of your receipt for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only merchandise purchased from www.LOSLIFE.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. SO PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING TO HELP ENSURE THE RIGHT FIT.
RETURN PROCESS:
LOSLIFE offers free standard shipping and returns. Please contact us at info@LOSLIFE.com in order to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping label for your return.
Return or exchange instructions using our free return label:
Pack and seal your box securely in the original box if possible. Place pre-paid pre-addressed return label on the box where it is visible. Take your package to the nearest facility the matches the postage carrier.
Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your package. An email confirmation will be sent to you once merchandise has been received and accepted.
Return or exchange instructions without using our prepaid return label at your expense:
You can send the merchandise back to us using any traceable shipping method, at your expense. We recommend using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept return COD, and LOSLIFE will not issue a refund for return shipping costs if you choose to return at your own expense.
RETURN/EXCHANGE A GIFT
If you are returning a gift that was purchased on this website, please contact us at info@LOSLIFE.com (for faster service) or call us at (888) 450-1020. Please have your order number ready before speaking to a representative (order number is stated on the packing slip). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you do choose to return the gift item, an email will be sent to you with a credit code.
REFUND
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit my not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
